How do I create an account?
Open the app and sign in with your Google or Apple account. Your profile is created automatically.
How do I log a climb?
Start a session from the Log tab, then tap to add individual climbs. Choose the type (boulder, sport, or trad), select your grade, and mark it as a send or attempt.
How do I change my grading system?
Go to Settings and select Grade Systems. You can switch between V-scale and Font scale for bouldering, or YDS and French for route climbing.
How does data syncing work?
Your climbing data is stored locally on your device and synced to the cloud when you have an internet connection. This means you can log climbs offline and they'll sync when you're back online.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account and all associated data, please email us at cosslettrory@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and we will process your request.
How do I report a bug?
Please email us at cosslettrory@gmail.com with a description of the issue, your device model, and iOS version. Screenshots are helpful if applicable.
